Trial Team – Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27.07.2022
The terms and conditions for our Trial team are supplemental to our Terms & Conditions.
What you are agreeing to:
You are agreeing to participate in the testing and reviewing products contained within a box we post to you.
The products may be full sized or may be sample sized. Any flyers in your box don’t need to be reviewed.
You will be asked during the application process to consent to sharing your details with our brand partners, who are participating in this campaign. They may share the information with their marketing agencies and review syndication partners. We only disclose your details to brand partners, where you are selected as a trial team member of that campaign.
Eligibility and shortlisting decisions
Only one application per registered email address and one application per household will be accepted. Duplicated submissions and addresses will be excluded from the campaign prior to the shortlisting process.
There are a limited number of boxes available in any one campaign. We reserve the right to end applications or extend the application period without notice depending on our progress in recruiting eligible members.
As most of our trial teams are grouped based on age, eligibility for being shortlisted as a member is made with reference to dates you disclose to us, such as due-date and dates of birth of any children.
If all the dates you submit are clearly outside the range of eligibility dates that we publicise at the time of your application, your entry will not be considered eligible for shortlisting in this campaign. We may contact you at another time to invite you to participate in future campaigns, where we believe you may be eligible.
In the situation that we have more eligible applicants than positions available in our trial team, we shortlist applicants data based on a proximity to a date or date range, with regard to age-suitability of the products included in the campaign box.
We may decide to include, exclude or prioritise members on our initial shortlist based on previous campaign participation or participation in the Tell Me Baby rewards program. For instance, if you were in a recent campaign and did not attempt to fulfil campaign requirements, then we might decide to prioritise other members ahead of you.
Your eligibility to be invited or be selected for future campaigns will not be affected should you decide not to register for a current campaign.
The decision-making process around eligibility is made by humans, and is not an automated process.
