These are honestly great, there’s stages in my breastfeeding journey where i felt like i didn’t have any milk even though i knew there was, i just felt like there was nothing. after having these biscuits (vanilla is my fav) my boobs would be literally leaking and increase my supply. I am still using these till this day. Highly recommend

These really did work for my wife. The vanilla tasted quite nice - l even stole some!
They are described as a 'generous' serving, but are actually quite an average size. They have a good nutrition content, but do not taste 'healthy'. They do not last too long in the cupboard, as they are preservative free - so I would not buy them if you are expecting. Wait until baby is born.
