I took these from when we started trying to conceive and they were very easy to tolerate. My midwife suggested another brand later in the first trimester when I was struggling with nausea but I did later come back to these. They are a little pricey but they have everything you need so I feel comfortable giving my body and baby the best support possible.

I absolutely swore by these during my first pregnancy. So easy to have all my pregnant needs met in just one easy tablet. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my second pregnancy. They were too hard on my stomach and made my pregnancy sickness flare up even more, despite being significantly more sick during my first pregnancy.

I absolutely love that they are pre-conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding friendly though. It is great to know that my babies have both gotten the best start possible thanks to one supplement :)

I started taking Elevit when my partner and I started trying for a baby, all the way through until bub was born. It has everything you need in it (I had to take some additional Vitamin D as my levels were low) and it gave me peace of mind that I was getting the nutrients needs to best support my bub. I got into the habit of taking it in the evening before bed and never felt sick or had any issues with it. Would definitely recommend as a pregnancy supplement!
