Ergopouch bags are definitely our favourite in this household! The 0.2 tog is great for those hot summer nights or naps during the day. Easy to clean, and quick dry. The double ended zip is great for nappy changes or the like. It is pretty thin, so wouldn’t provide any warmth but it’s great if you want to keep the habit of the sleeping bag when it’s warmer.

We recently had our first child and he is an absolute Houdini getting his arms out of swaddles. The sleeveless pouches are perfect for him. He settles so much easier when in one of these compared to muslin wraps or swaddle up pouches. Definitely recommend these pouches if your little one is the same!

I have really loved using the 0.2 tog jersey sleeping bag. I felt it was easy to change my babies nappy as it has a two way zipper. It was also so easy to get her legs out as it gets wider at the bottom.
I loved that it came with the ergopouch tog chart when I was unsure about why tog or what type of layering to do I would refer back to it. They made it super straight forward and easy to read.
It was super easy to use we added this and the a ergopouch onesie to our night time routine and it’s made such a difference. I feel like she wakes less at night. She went from waking 3 times to only once and that’s just only for a feed.
I love the soft stretchy organic cotton, the quality is amazing and well worth the money. It’s super breathable. I have used other brands that made her super sweaty and uncomfortable but this sleep suit is so perfect for spring and summer weather. I love the colour and print it’s unisex so great for passing down after she grows out of them.
I would highly recommend these to friends as you can easily create the perfect sleeping experience.
