We swaddled in muslin wraps for the first four months, then transitioned into a sleeping bag. I was worried that the change would mess up babies sleep but he slept completely the same!
I will say that the temperature guide they give you stressed me out a bit. It's handy but if you're a first timer like me I became obsessive over room temperature... Until I read the fine print on the guide that said it was just a guide and you know your little one best.

I also have a sleeping bag from another brand and the quality of Ergopouch is much nicer. I'll be buying the next size from Ergo for sure.

The ergo pouch sleeping bag is a little more expensive that some competitor brands but the sizing makes it well worth it as you get long use out of it instead of replacing every 6 months or so. The quality is really good and my baby sleeps so well in it. It also comes with a temperature guide of what bub should wear underneath for certain temperatures which is very handy.
I would recommend this sleeping bag. Love it.

Our youngest absolutely loved the ergo pouch. It's snug fit made her feel more like she was still being cuddled by mum and dad and made getting her down at night so much easier. I couldn't recommend them enough to friends and family when I heard they were expecting. It became an absolute staple for us in making bed time a breeze!
