This product is a bit sentimental to us as it was our bubs first food! (As it is many babies).

It’s such a convenient food to start with as it’s very easy to make, you can do it however you feel comfortable (with breastmilk, formula or boiled water) and you can make it a consistency you feel comfortable with!

The fact that it’s iron fortified makes it a great addition to the diet too.

It can also be used continually by being added to purées as your baby explores more foods and textures.

Cerelac was a great starter for starting solids. It is a great base that can be eaten on its own, or mixed with yoghurt, fruit or vegetables too. The consistency is smooth which is great for that first introduction to solids. It comes in a good size box so you get multiple servings per box. It’s sold at coles and Woolworths in the baby aisle.
