I had such high hopes for this, and it is great but my babies didn't have any patience with me trying to use this on them for long enough to get an accurate reading. We bought this during COVID as both of my babies got it at the same time and during such a hard time, this unfortunately just made it harder.

I've found these thermometers to give the most accurate reading, but at the same time because they take time to give the reading and not very comfortable are a bit invasive whether you try to get a oral or under arm reading. So for convenience it's not ideal, but reading wise is usually spot on.

It is also a lot more affordable than other thermometers or ear thermometers. I have a few of these laying around/have had them for a few years and they always seem to work.
