We purchased this digital thermometer as we wanted quick results reading with our little one. We have found it be ok to use, it does give a quick result. I do find that it can take a little while to reset if you want to do another reading. It also switched to farenheit from celsius which made it difficult to read.

I have not enjoyed using this thermometer and have gone back to using an under arm one. This Omron thermometer constantly gives inaccurate readings and drains batteries very fast. This is frustrating especially in the middle of the night when you go to check an unwell baby and the thermometer is either low battery or completely flat. Will be sticking to a simple thermometer.

Other than reading everyone else’s reviews I had a different experience with this thermometer. I brought this when my son was about 6 months and it’s been awesome! I’ve had no problems with it and it’s always been accurate. It wasn’t too pricey as well. Only down side is it takes those small round batteries and I hate those batteries in my home. I would recommend though.
