We were having so many issues with keeping our 2 year old in bed once she moved out of her cot. She was coming into our room a few times a night and taking ages to settle. I purchased this clock out of desperation and it has solved our problems straight away. She gets excited to watch the clock turn blue and understands the concept to stay in bed until it turns yellow. So happy we bought this!

We had so many issues with my daughter's sleep. She is very strong willed and all sleep advice flew out the window when she turned 3. She was coming into our bedroom asking if it was morning all hours of the night. This sleep light allowed her to understand when it was still sleep-time and when she was allowed to get out of her bed. We used it with a reward system. AMAZING!
