I brought the medium flow teats to replace the 1 flow teats I was using as my daughter was taking a long time to feed and would often bite the teat as she wasn't getting enough milk. These teats are very flexible and having the wide base means my daughter gets a good latch and accepted these teats from a young age. It took a while for her to get used to the faster flow, but she eventually learnt to drink to suit the flow.
