I first used these the week that my milk came in. I popped them in my bra when we went to the shops and my breasts were so rock hard they were excruciating. Using the cool side, I managed to be comfortable in those first few days. Once over the initial hurdle, I found the warm side beneficial in the lead-up to feeds or pumping. This product is so simple but so helpful for keeping mum comfortable.

The Avent thermo pads were a great addition to my breast feeding journey. I did use them as both hot and cold packs when feeding depending on my need at the time. They are a good size and since stopping feeding I now just keep these in the freezer as they are great to use on little ones bumps and bruises.

My husband purchased these from Big W and I had never seen them before. Suffering Mastitis I was in excruciating pain with 41 degree temps. These provided me with relief. The perfect size and shape for the area. I also took them to hospital with me when I was admitted with Mastitis.
