My son 4 months old had a really bad nappy rash and I couldn't find anything to work but I come across Billie baby soothing nappy cream and thought I'd give it a go.
It contains shea butter, goats milk and zinc.
The cream itself is smooth and thick which is such a great consistence, it proved to work really well leaving a thick barrier to protect my babies skin and a week later his nappy rash was pretty well healed up. I recommend this for all parents to give it a try, my baby has really sensitive skin but this works wonders on my bub.
