I had used Brauer products before in other forms so thought that I would give this a try. I did really like the smell and that it was aneczema friendly as Bub 2 was having a few issues in the skin department. It's so hard to say whether this helped her get to sleep easier but it most certainly was part of a nice bath time routine that all in all helped calm her from the day and get ready for bed.

A friend of mine made a comment, that if you walk through my house there is literally every sleep product out there. The word SLEEP is on pretty much everything haha. My son went through a rough patch and I thought I would give this a go as I quite like the Brauer products however I don't think it made a difference to be honest, well I didn't notice one. I thought it would at least calm him a little before going to bed but nope, so $10 for a product that didn't do anything I was pretty annoyed. Don't waste your money on this one, look elsewhere.
