We got this to try on our toddler. It is fine to use when her skin is normal with no eczema or dermatitis patches but we tried to use this on our 3 month old and she has very dry skin. This didn’t seem to help at all even with multiple applications. Her patches didnt calm down.

It smells lovely, I personally found the texture a bit thick when applying on dry skin which I'm not a big fan cause it is no easy to spread and takes a little to dry but works better if you apply on dump skin right after bathing the little ones. But definitely worth a try it really makes the baby skin feels soft and hydrated.
