Not sure whether these do anything... They taste nice and my daughter loved them and it probably doesn't do any harm. But I'm not sure that it helps, either. Would probably save my money and not buy these again, we're using an iron supplement instead now which has some actual micronutrients that can help the immune system.

I love everything made by this brand!
We use so many of our products and it’s become a staple in our house with my oldest starting kindy and bringing home lots of germs.
I feel that it’s helped boost his immune system and he has gotten less sick since taking these.

We got these after my sister swore by starting her little one on a multi when he started day care to give him a boost. I don't know if it actually does anything, but does make me feel a bit better when my little girl goes on a food strike the way 3 year olds tend to do from time to time.
It took her a while to get used to the texture, but she happily eats them now. Be warned however, if one of these bad boys gets sucked on and left on fabric, it will be there forever!
