My midwife recommended I pack some of these in my hospital bag and keep them in the fridge for emergencies. And sore nipples are an emergency! These instantly calmed the searing pain and sped up recovery time so we could continue our breastfeeding journey. You so need to wipe your nipples clean before feeding baby.

Was lucky to pick these up before having my baby, so had them on hand ready to go. They are easy to use and were able to use them multiple times which was good. They also provided a lot of relief which was definitely needed at the beginning of breastfeeding. A bit pricey too.
