These probiotics worked well for me. I took them with antibiotics early on in my pregnancy. I liked that they didn’t have to be in the fridge, they were affordable, available and used only pregnancy safe-ingredients. Not sure how they differ to normal probiotics but I didn’t mind using these.

These can be a little expensive but I got them when they were on sale. I’m currently using them in my last month of pregnancy to avoid GBS and I find them to be great- no reactions or anything and personally don’t feel any different (which is what I expect from a good vitamin!)

I loved this probiotic! I had to have my stitches redone 3 times after birth and then had to have surgery to repaid damage done during labour - due to this I had to go on antibiotics every time to stop infection. My husband bought me this to help get through it and I absolutely love it! Definitely recommend to new mums!
