I do love this bin and I think it’s basically the only thing like it in market, but the refills are expensive. But we’ve committed to the bin so we have used for about 6 months and will continue to use. Just a lesson for us that once you commit to this bin you need to keep buying the expensive refills. It is good that you can get the refills at most major stores / shops so you don’t have to struggle to find them. It’s a little bit tricky to figure out where to push the plastic, and when replacing the cartridge at first I didn’t realise that I pulled out too much (you need to leave the external circle with the handle in the bin and only remove the interior cartridge). But once I figured that out it was fine.

We really like our nappy bin and it has been really helpful in the first few months - especially during the night. As bub has grown, less nappies fit in the bin, but at 4.5 months we can still go a couple of days or so before it needs emptied. It is a good product but would be great if it was biodegradable and cheaper - I often can get them on sale but have seen alternative refills for a lot cheaper
