We purchased this purely to use when we went to the beach while bub was little. It was easy to set up, and helped to keep bub protected from sand getting in their face/eyes, and also great to use if they wanted to nap. It did start to rip and deteriorate quickly which wasn't ideal, but for the period it was needed, it was good to have.

My husband plays cricket, so we bought this for our newborn for her first cricket season and used it for just under a year. It made whole days out watching cricket really easy for many reasons: didn’t need to worry about insects, other kids couldn’t bother her when she needed a bit of down time and if placed in a cool spot it kept her out of the heat and sun. The mattress isn’t thick, but we also had a rug with us and it got used underneath.

My in-laws purchased this dome for our Christmas camping trip. The mosquito net feature was really cool and seemed to keep them out. I didn’t like how thin the mattress was though especially when it’s sitting on the ground. We had to use a throw rug to make it more comfortable otherwise I feel baby wouldn’t of slept in it.
