We heard lots of bad things about every monitor we researched but we found one very convincing review that pushed us to buy this one. The app is so convenient to use and I love that you can use it across multiple devices. It can randomly stop working however, and we did have to get it replaced (we ended up downgrading to the model with the smaller display) but the customer service was great so this wouldn't deter me from staying with this brand. Would definitely recommend!

We originally started with another branded monitor that I found was horrible and had faults. So when the opportunity arose to get a refund and replace, we went with the vtech. The camera and sound quality is pretty impressive. We also loved that you were able to access via an online app. This always made me nervous for hackers but so far we have been okay. The only downfall would be the wifi connectivity seems to continually drop out and it doesn’t allow for just a normal connection if it drops out. We found we had quite a few issues in our last home but we assumed it was due to the size of the home. We are now in a much smaller home and still have the same issues. If you don’t require wifi, I think this camera would be an amazing choice.

This camera has overall done us really well, we love how big the screen is and how easy it is to use. Unfortunately we keep having issues with the nightmode not working, and constantly flashing which is making a clicking sound on the actual camera. We have been in contact with Vtech and have had 2 refurbished cameras sent out to us, and a brand new one. Vtech customer service was easy to deal with, it is just hard as we rely heavily on our camera, and when its not working it makes it very hard for us.
