Best puree for our baby to help him poop after starting solids as he didn’t poop for many days. He likes the taste and opens his mouth straight away for it. It’s mostly pear so it is sweet. If he doesn’t finish the packet, I freeze the rest into ice cubes and defrost them when I need them and it doesn’t change the taste.

Rafferty’s Garden pouches are great as they are resealable and so easy for your little one to suck the product out. The pear and prune flavour is tasty but works a treat for constipation. A very useful tool if it happens to your little one. I also actually had a few packed in my hospital bag for after my c section. Highly recommend.

When my child experienced constipation due to starting solids, I knew I had to get the Rafferty pear and prune pouch. It was a great help to manage constipation as it is very hard to find prunes that are not processed with sugar and the fresh pear is a hit and miss for my little one. The puree has great consistency, my child surprisingly liked it even though it is a bit sour and very convenient to feed anywhere as well.
