I was recommended this product at the beginning of trying to conceive. I was quite disappointed to find out after taking it for years that there are cheaper alternatives with the same amount of folic acid available. If your not worried about cost it's a great product but I do believe it's overpriced Compared to other brands

i was told druring my first pregnancy that i was Low on folic acid and that could lead to trouble which it did and i had my first at 27 weeks, second pregnancy i started folic acid at the same time i did the vitamins and i kept going thru my whole pregnancy and managed another 10 weeks and had a 37 weaker

I took this folic acid supplement during both of my pregnancies and have no negative feedback whatsoever regarding this product. I experienced no issues with it and found the price to be extremely reasonable. I sometimes have a problem swallowing some larger tablets but these ones went down pretty easy each time.
