A: No. Forward facing car seats in the 6-month - 8-year category do not meet the aircraft compatibility requirements.

Q: How do I know when my child has outgrown their Maxi Guard Pro harnessed seat?

A: Children should use a harness booster seat until they outgrow the maximum height markers, as boosters provide far better protection than an adult seat belt alone. Most children will need a booster until around 10–12 years old, and they should only move out of a booster seat to an adult seat belt once they pass the ‘5 step test’. You should be able to answer yes to the following 5 questions for your child to travel without a booster seat:

Do my child's knees bend over the edge of the seat?
