This monitor has served us well, but we have had a few issues. The first was the sensitivity seemed to stop working, when by baby would cry, when the monitor was on low power mode, it wouldn’t set off the monitor. We then returned the product and got a replacement and the replacement dock doesn’t fit in the monitor, so we have to replace it again. We can only exchange instore and with lockdown and the stores being so far away, it’s a pain to have to keep going back.

We only needed one camera as we only have one little baby. It’s super handy that it has the temperature for the room on the screen of the monitor. We live in far north QLD and it gets so hot here that it makes it hard to know if her room is way too hot or not. It has good reach for the size of our house.
