We’ve been using the Dr. Brown’s Natural Flow Baby Bottles and overall they’ve been really effective, especially in the early feeding stages.

The biggest benefit for us was how well they helped reduce wind and gas. My little one seemed a lot more comfortable after feeds compared to other bottles we tried, and that made a noticeable difference during those newborn weeks.

They also flow nicely once you get the right teat stage, and baby took to them without too much trouble. It felt reassuring knowing they’re designed to support a more controlled, steady feed.

The main downside is definitely the cleaning. The extra parts mean there’s more to wash, sterilise, and put back together, which can feel a bit annoying when you’re doing multiple bottles a day. They also take up a bit more space when drying and storing.

Overall, they’re a really good option if your baby struggles with wind or reflux, but the convenience factor is where they lose a star.

We used Dr Brown’s Natural Flow Options Wide-Neck Bottles for the first 6 months. They were a bit hit and miss—occasional leakage was frustrating—but they truly helped reduce our bub’s colic and gas. The vent system made a noticeable difference. Not perfect, but worth it for a more comfortable feeding experience and a happier baby.
