Resolve is the only nappy rash cream I use because it works so well. If the nappy rash is bad the cream clears it up in only a day or so. It's a nice and thick consistency and seems to cool the rash down instantly. A tube last a long time too so it's great value for money.

Since my daughter has sensitive skin, she often breaks out in bottom rashes. Even though she is changed very regularly we find nappies really irritate her sometimes. My doctor recommended using this to help and within a few hours it looked a lot less painful. In a few days time her rash reduced immensely. It is a life saver, especially if the bum rash is more serious or has turned into thrush like or infection. Definitely reccomend
