I have been using this formula to top my son up after every breastfeed, since my son was two weeks old due to my low milk supply. I’m grateful that Alula has been the perfect fit for him and will keep him on it for as long as we need. It’s gentle on his tummy and hasn’t interfered with his bowel movements at all.

As my milk supply was low from birth, I needed to supplement with formula. My baby is now fully formula fed and this product is great. We tried a few different brands but found Alula to be perfect for my little one. No upset tummy and happily drinks at every feed. Great price too!

S-26 has rebranded since I bought it for my first baby in 2020. I did a lot of research around which formula would be the most similar to breastmilk, so as to not confuse my baby. I chose not to buy a ‘Gold’ formula at my GP’s suggestion, as they are more likely to make baby constipated due to added iron.

My first baby had this formula and breastmilk until they turned one, and we never had any issues. They drank both happily; it didn’t confuse them when it came to the breast. It is easy to prepare, and I like that the scoop has a little hole in it so that any air pockets can escape. The flat piece at the top of the tin so you can ensure a flat scoop of formula is really handy.

I’ve had exactly the same experience with my second baby. They love both formula and breastmilk, and have no issues with bowel movements or passing gas when they have this formula. I intend to continue buying it while we mix-feed.
