Good quality steady product, it’s warm and cozy perfect for a winter baby. Kept baby is a safe position. I did find it to be quite fiddly to get bub in and out of it and then in and out of the carrier.
Over all a quality product just takes a bit of getting use to.

It is quite difficult to get a sleeping baby out of it without help.

It does the job if your baby refuses to settle or you need to get stuff done. I admit, I used the carrier far more when our son outgrew the insert. But it did the job.

I would recommend it if you need it for the ergo that doesn’t suit newborns it’s effective and does the job
But overall a bit confusing and the bulky part is not the comfiest to wear around
