I like that you can cut the compress in half as well or use as full depending the size of your area needing coverage

I should have bought shares in these as I've purchased so many whilst post partum. They're amazing at soothing, calming and healing damaged nipples. I have found putting them in the fridge just adds an extra layer of coolness, which has done wonders for me.
Highly recommend for anyone who is breastfeeding.
