Our boy has a few medical conditions with reflux and aspiration being a huge concern. We were suggested Aptimal thickener by our speech therapist and paediatrician.

With very good improvement in his reflux we were pleasantly surprised.

I find it quite frustrating that the scoop is always lost in the powder and that theirs limited room to put the scoop back in the tin until you’ve used a bit. I Strongly recommend Aptimal considers alternative storage solutions for the scoop

Our had a double issue, cows milk allergy and reflux. Months of a screaming baby we got bubs into novalac allergy which helps 50% of the problem but still lots of vomiting but pains mostly done.

I decided to try feed thickner after lots of research and it’s definetly helped, bubs has been on it for about 8 months. It’s blurry expensive being 21 dollars a tin but it does last about 2 weeks.
I’d definitely recommend it you’ve tried everything else as it’s helped us, but ask a doctor 1st! I wish I tried it with my 1st bubs as we also had issues with her

I was recommended to thicken up my first son’s formula due to reflux and I was so confused. The amount it says on the tin did nothing so I called the helpline and they said it is my job to experiment and see how much my son would need. It didn’t helped at all, I tried for weeks and nothing changed for the good he just became constipated so I stopped using.
