I was recommended to take Iron Plus tablets by my doctor due to showing low levels of iron during my pregnancy. I tend to become constipated quite easily, so I was nervous to take them. However, I luckily never experienced constipation whilst consuming Iron Plus tablets- it does the job well!

These were easy to take, had no weird smell or aftertaste, they werent too big like some other iron tablets. they didnt mess with my digestive system like some other brands can. they were really cheap for what they are and they heloed my overall iron levels go up during pregnancy which i was very thankful for as i didnt end up needing any more than 1 iron transfusion during pregnancy

I bought these to help with energy. They seem to have helped and my iron levels are ok on blood results now. They do make my tummy a bit upset but that’s normal for most iron supplements. They are a great price and easy to swallow. I would recommend these.
