Q: Does Cubo work with SNOO Bassinet?

A: We do not recommended using Cubo with the Snoo since the rocking motion may interfere with Cubo's AI detection functions.

Q: Is Cubo Ai Plus compatible with Google Home or Amazon Alexa?

A: NOTE: The Cubo Ai Skill for Alexa is currently only available to users in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany and France regions.

You may view Cubo Ai Plus' live feed on Google Nest Hub and Alexa Echo Show through voice commands by connecting your Cubo App to the Google Home and Alexa app. For more detailed info, please refer to How to connect Cubo Ai Plus to Google Home devices? Q: Does Cubo support multiple logins?

A: Cubo supports up to 8 concurrent logins. You and your family members can check in on your little one using the Cubo App from anywhere, so long as you are connected to the internet. Additionally, as long as you are logged into the Cubo App, all notifications will automatically be pushed to your phone.

Cubo Reminder: The minimum required stable download/upload speed is 5 Mbps. If there are multiple devices connected to Cubo at the same time, Cubo will require a higher speed to maintain the stability of live streaming and other functions.

Q: Can Cubo detect twins?

A: Cubo AI was designed to monitor one baby at a time. A separate Cubo should be set up for each crib to properly detect each baby.

Q: Can the AI Covered Face detection function be switched off?

A: Yes! As the baby grows up, the danger associated with a Covered Face while sleeping subsides. Based on you and your baby’s needs, you may disable the Covered Face detection in App Settings.

Note: The following functions can be individually switched off in App Settings:

Cubo Tip: You can choose to enable both Covered Face and Rollover Alert, or ONLY Covered Face Alert.

Q: Does Cubo monitor breathing?

A: While Cubo AI was not designed specifically to monitor breathing, its technology is designed to proactively alert parents so they can step in and resolve situations (ie. Covered Face, Rollover) before a breath monitoring alert would be needed. We hope that through these alerts, parents can ensure baby safety and find peace of mind.

*Remark: While breath monitoring can be reassuring, we’re dedicated to an active resolution to create a safer environment for babies everywhere.
