It took some persistence to work out what I was doing wrong with these tablets. They give me energy and make me feel better in the long run but were making me vomit 10 mins after consuming. After seeking advice from my doctor I now eat a substancial breakfast and them immediately have the tablet and have had no worries ever since.

Unfortunately they are just not very gentle on my tummy. I end up getting gassy and constipated. I think they may have more iron or different type of iron than other tablets which causes the problem. I find other brands much more gentle on my tummy. They were easy to swallow though.

I bought these as I was on the pregnancy elevit too. While it has a lot of great ingredients to keep you vitamins and mineral levels up after having a baby I do not really know if it did very much for me. I also feel as though I could have bought something less expensive and received the same product. While it is from a trusted brand I’m not sure I would buy it again.
