I have chronic sinus issues and will use this spray when I’m taking a break from my prescription nasal spray or between doses if I feel like I need something extra. It’s a good spray if your have a hay fever outbreak or starting to get a cold however when my chronic issues flare up or I get a sinus infection it’s not powerful enough for me.
