We have been using this with our son since birth 2 years ago. We were surprised that it was able to safely carry him when he was born 6weeks prem although he didn’t go in it until 4weeks old.
It does take up a lot of room so our front passenger seat is really far forward and we just feel so much more comfortable having him in extended rear facing which he still has plenty of room even though he is getting big.

We love our cadence seat! The fabric is ultra soft and cooling in those hotter months. We purchased this car seat because it ticked all the boxes.. extended rear facing, twist and lift easy adjust harness so no need to rethread as bub grows the cover just pops off whilst still installed so makes it easy to wash for any accidents or spills which is one of my favourite features when my little one was younger and spewy. At 18 months my little one is still comfortably rear facing and no where near the markers. We love the safety and comfort this car seat provides.
Note** this seat is not a compact seat.
