This apple bar is a fan favourite in our household. Both of my sons (5yo and 2yo) enjoy this and have done since the recommended age. It is a great little snack to pop in your handbag when heading to the playground and honestly does curb their hunger until mealtime. Or if you have little children who prefer to snack than have mealtime! With healthy ingredients, it’s a reassuring snack to give for toddler through to school age, in my experience.
