I found this at the baby expo and loved it during my pregnancy. It tastes lovely and I felt like it really made me feel better. The only negative I have is that you can’t use their teas if you are breastfeeding. I was keen to continue drinking it but was advised not to.

I started this tea early in pregnancy 4-5 weeks after finding the company at a baby expo. I was exhausted but struggling to sleep. This tea has done wonders in helping me wind down before bed, leaving me feeling calm, content and sleepy. I’ve been sleeping better as well! Absolute bonus that it tastes so good and can my brewed hot or cold!

I bought this while pregnant and loved having it at night. I was having some pretty crazy dreams and was finding it hard to unwind but having this in the evening seemed to help. Really nice tea too, just a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. 4.5 stars only due to price
