A must have if expressing milk, even if you just intend on breastfeeding because you never know! It's not too difficult to get the air bubbles out and it has different measurement types. My only issue is that you shouldn't rely on the actual measurement guide on the bag as the liquid will shift around and change the number so it's best to measure using the bottle beforehand

I used so many of these! The meddle breast milk storage bags were a staple in my groceries list as I pumped so much with my first so I could continue breastfeeding when I went back to work. They were great to store, freeze and then defrost and use for my little one.

I didn’t use these too much as I don’t often store or freeze milk but they came in handy when I did need to. Strong and durable plastic - felt like they were good quality and would hold up against freezing. Easy to use, and reasonable for the price. A great option if you wanted to freeze milk regularly.
