I got this mainly to put in the nappy bag as the tube is small. And I heard good things about the brand Mustela so thought of checking it out. It wasn’t too bad and helped my daughter’s nappy rash. But I find the cream is slightly oily and feels a bit thin for me.

I have used 5 different types of nappies cream including the popular Weleda nappies cream since April 2024. Some of them are gifted to me. I would pick this nappy cream over the other four due to its texture and the ingredients. It’s not too watery like Weleda. It won’t leave any crumbs on the baby skin. Especially it has Zinc which is known to shield skin to elements and lock in moisture. I also use it on his body skin areas to cure his allergies. Highly recommend to new moms out there.

This barrier cream is very gentle on my twins' skin. I use Mustela nappy rash cream often when changing the diapers and it has a smooth texture on the baby's skin.
Furthermore, it contains 10% Zinc Oxide which protects baby skin from nappy rashes. The product is a great size for travel.
