I personally have no legs cramps or muscle pains; and no electric spasm when falling asleep. Love the lemon taste, however I was afraid to get tired of the taste but after a month I still like it. Great to take after dinner/ before going to bed

I was advised to start taking calcium in my last trimester & i have not been disappointed by this product. This tastes really nice & is great to take before bed. All my results have come back great, would highly recommend & the added magnesium is helping with any leg cramps. Love this product & so much nicer taking a powder over a tablet.
