I’ve been using Poise liners for years. Although they are advertised as being used for light bladder leaks, I’ve actually used them during light periods where I’ve just been spotting and they’ve kept me well protected. They really purse friendly and great to have handy for any emergencies when out and about.
They’re pretty well priced, but it’s a bonus when they’re on sale at the supermarket and I’ll stock up.

These were given to me as a sample shortly after I had my baby. They were great at catching small leaks I had while I was recovering from birth and strengthening my pelvic floor (e.g. when I sneezed or coughed). They were comfortable to wear. I would recommend them to other women.

I was honestly sceptical on this product after a friend had not had the best experience, but I found that these kept wonderfully at preventing any leakages. They're discrete, comfortable and easy to move in. Aside from the lovely packaging, theyre super easy to take with you and slip in your or your little one's bag.
