Product broke within 12 month warranty period. It was a gift for my newborn therefore we did not have a receipt. Reached out to CNP brands who own Project Nursery and their customer service said there was nothing they could do. We are now left with a faulty product that doesn't work.

We got this product as a gift and absolutely love it. It’s perfect from newborns to toddlers. It’s excellent quality and has lasted us 3 children.
I love that it’s portable and doesn’t need to be plugged in all the time. It’s also really light weight so great for traveling.
I’d highly recommend this product.
