We purchased this pram with all the extra for our first child, he is now 6 months old. It's decent and we liked that ypu can change the seat covers depending if it's hot or cold but the basket underneath isn't amazing the back constantly falls forward and shuts the basket. It's easy to fold down but is quite bulky

We bought this pram second hand for our first child, given the original price, I’d say it’s defintely overhyped and not worth the price. The basket is terrible, I hate that it doesn’t stay open, and I can’t fit a backpack underneath the seat as the seats too low. The steering is pretty rough and the pram itself is very wide, making it really difficult to fit down narrow aisles in the shops. Pros would be that it can become a two seater and the seat can be forward and rear facing and recline the whole way down if your young baby doesn’t like the bassinet. It also is very terrible off road, but that’s to be expected.

I had so many issues and it took a lot of emails to get a resolution. Unfortunately this company no longer has a phone number connected so all correspondence must be done via email which can be painful. The issues I had with this pram was the bassinet did not sit flat when connected to the pram, the locking latch would come undone which was problematic when lifting the pram into the boot of the car, it’s really heavy and really not good for anyone with a sore back or a Caesarean section, they also had troubles with the reclining seat frame and found that I had to jiggle it to manoeuvre my child to an upright or laying position and my final gripe was in the basket kept unbuckling and I could not use it. I’m really annoyed that the Reds baby team kept asking me for videos and photos instead of just sending me out new parts. Eventually I sent them an email about how annoying I was and I did not have time to be doing that and they sent me the new stuff. As soon as it arrives I’ll clean the pram up and sell it because I hate it so much especially because of the experience of the Customer Service team
