I was given a bunch of these when I gave birth to my 8 month old and I was really struggling with breastfeeding and constantly latching him to try and bring my milk in and due to this my nipples became really raw, cracked and sore. I put these on my nipples in between nursing and pumping sessions and it really helped relieve the pain, through cooling and soothing the area.

These are a must have for all breastfeeding mummas! These were recommended by my Dr, my lactation consultant and other mummas before I had my little one - and they werent wrong! You can place them in the fridge before use for an added cooling sensation. I had my mum go out and buy me more boxes as soon as I got home from hospital as they were so soothing on my sore nipples. I changed them twice day so unfortunately you do go through a few but they are so worth it. When my nipples were at their worst I was also using lanolin and these disks still worked great even with the lanolin on my skin. You will not regret buying these!
