This was a baby shower gift and was great when my son was a newborn as we could put it out on the verandah in the early morning sun so he could have some outside time. It's a good size, easy to wash but takes a while to dry due to the waterproof layer. Now that he is bigger and crawling he goes straight off it but it was great when he wasn't so mobile.

Be very careful when young babies playing on this mat. When young babies don’t have good motor skills it can be very hard for them to push themself up again in an area that’s soaked, if they get stuck in the bits that are wet while it’s slippery on a hard floor. Don’t ask me why I know! horrible experience!

This is awesome I take it out as a picnic rug, I set up activities on it, do nappy free time, everything. It’s comfortable and beautiful and definitely does the job it advertises. I love that I can just throw it in the wash and chuck it on the line and then reuse it reasonably fast due to the quick dry time. I don’t have to worry about spills or wees going onto the floor underneath in the house, it’s great
