I love that it has multiple suction levels and a let-down mode, so you can find what’s most comfortable. The closed system design means it’s more hygienic and easy to clean, which is a huge plus when you’re sleep-deprived and short on time. Does wonders if you need to pump regularly! Tonnes of settings for you to customise with, and it's super efficient if you need to pump both breasts at once.

However, if one breast is more sensitive, I would suggest going with the Dual S, as you can toggle the settings for each breast individually. Otherwise, it is super efficient at doing its job, it's quiet, and not super heavy.

If you require flexibility, the S1 is your go-to, but it is excellent as a stay-at-home machine, particularly if you need it to supplement a less efficient wearable during the day.

My spectra breast pump worked some serious overtime and was an integral part of my feeding journey. The spectra not only has a cute design but also is very effective at fully emptying me. It is relatively easy to use especially once you get the hang of it. I find it a lot more effective than my wearable pumps
