I have a Spectra breast pump and received a set of bottles and teats with my pump. My newborn happily takes the Spectra teat, and we have had no issues with nipple confusion.
That said, we have had issues with teat flow ( flow being too fast). My newborn spits up heaps of milk when drinking from this teat which is very frustrating for the both of us. I have had much better success with the Pigeon teat since and have stopped using these teats.

These teats work great. They fit in the bottles that you get with the pump. The shape of the teat allows my breastfed baby to feed well & still attach and suck at the breast. My little one refuses many teats and bottles but these seem to work well. They can also be easily cleaned.

We transitioned to these when Bub was 4 weeks old, without any problems. Bub accepted these teats perfectly and now moves seamlessly between the bottle and breast. They are easy to clean and I have found them to last longer than other brands. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to use both bottle-feeding and breastfeeding.
