These were recommended by my OB when I was having a lot of pain and swelling. I initially thought it was just a coincidence that my pain had resolved but when I definitely notice when I’m not wearing them. They are supportive and thick and I love that I could get a rebate through private health. The only thing is they tend to slide down a bit. I’m not sure if I’ve got the wrong size but I still prefer wearing them over any other maternity leggings.

I purchased these new when I was about 24 weeks pregnant because I felt like I needed more core support. My abdomen was getting very sore and felt heavy walking short distances and with 2 very active kids and another on the way, I needed to be active. These immediately relieved the heavy feeling and I was able to do school pick ups and playgrounds without pain again. I wore them every day for months. They are very tight, doing the measurements on the website to ensure the correct size is essential. And I couldn’t wear them for the last 3-4 weeks of pregnancy because they were too tight and difficult to get on. They’re very expensive, but made really well and the seams are super strong, they haven’t stretched at all. I’d look at buying secondhand if the price point is turning you off as mine have held their shape and elasticity incredibly well.

I bought these fairly late in pregnancy when I started having aching in my legs, they helped with the pain and definitely supported my bump well (I bought over the bump ones), you can see the difference when they are on. What I didn't like about them is that the crotch seams are visible from the outside and I felt like I was wearing underwear and should be more covered up. Also, my ankle swelling would get significantly worse when wearing them, to the point where I had to wear compression socks every time I wore the leggings. They are also very expensive, so having multiple pairs and/or styles is cost prohibitive. Having said all that, I would definitely buy them again if I was to have another baby, but I would look for a near new second hand pair before spending so much again.
