Took these throughout my pregnancy when my iron levels were low. My midwife suggested taking two to boost my iron which worked for me under her advice. Once my iron levels lifted I reduced to one to maintain levels and have been taking them for a few years now. Always find these on sale for half price so have found them super affordable for that extra iron.

I was recommended to take these by my doctor as my iron levels were low. As someone who suffered bad morning sickness a big smelly tablet is the last thing I wanted to ingest. They were however reasonably priced which was about the only plus side to these. Oh and they brought up my iron levels

Iron tablets are hard to take as it is. These are large bulky tablets that are a hard pill to swallow especially when suffering with nausea. The tablets are reasonably priced which is helpful. Awful taste lingers… Read more

Iron tablets are hard to take as it is. These are large bulky tablets that are a hard pill to swallow especially when suffering with nausea.

The tablets are reasonably priced which is helpful.

Awful taste lingers from tablet,despite washing down with juice or using mouth wash after.

Definitely not a great product
