This is a pretty good product. They’ve got a lot of tablets in the packet and they last for awhile. The only downside is you have to take three per day and the after taste of the tablet its self isn’t great. It’s pretty horrible. I do find that it works though and has kept my supply up. I would purchase again.

I don't know what jt is about these vitamins but they just have a horrible after taste, the same as their pregnancy ones, I couldn't handle the flavour, they also didn't really do much to support my breastfeeding journey, I found a normal iron tablet worked just as well for energy and breastfeeding support

I was recommended this by my IBCLC to assist in increasing milk supply. I haven’t noticed a huge difference except I’m not as tired even though I’m not getting a lot of sleep! They have a slight funny taste so I always follow with something to eat or a flavoured drink.
